Crazy Mountain Family Medicine takes pride in being able to offer low prices on all services we provide.  Our self-pay lab prices are available to everyone in the community - regardless of who you see as a health care provider. We are also happy to now offer home blood draws. See flyer below for details. 

We can also draw labs as ordered by other doctors and specialists and forward the results to them.   

*Please note that we do not process labs in our office.  All bloodwork is picked up daily by a courier and delivered each evening to the processing facility.  Most results are obtained within 48 hours.
