The lobby will be closed except for scheduled appointments (and the doors may be locked for safety). If you have any need such as scheduling, billing, refills, etc, please call the office at 406-932-7100 and leave a message. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
We are NOT an urgent care/walk in clinic and see scheduled appointments only. Same day appointments are frequently available but are not guaranteed.

Meet The Team!
Michelle Lizotte, MD, MHA
Owner

Michelle Lizotte was born and raised in Montana. After graduating from Laurel High School, she attended college at Drake University in Iowa where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and went on to attend Medical School at the University of Colorado in Aurora, CO. She completed Medical Residency in Family Medicine at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.
Dr. Lizotte has been a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician since 2015.
Michelle returned to Big Timber to complete her service requirements for the National Health Service Corp at the Pioneer Medical Center. Five years later, upon fulfilling these requirements she decided to stay and continue to work in this amazing community!
In 2019, Michelle began her Masters in Health Care Administration through the University of Scranton. She graduated in August 2021 with a 4.0 GPA! Michelle has been blessed to be able to start her own private Family Practice clinic and on January 4, 2021, Crazy Mountain Family Medicine officially opened for business in Big Timber. Her sincere desire is to meet the needs of Sweet Grass County and beyond.
Dr. Lizotte, welcomed twins Emmalee and Logan to her family in February 2020. Between the medical practice and her twins, she has been staying very busy but In any down time she enjoys hunting and fishing and attending as many Broadway Musicals as possible.

Wallace "Ace" Walker MD
​
Ace Walker is well known to the Big Timber Community. ​
​
He has worked since 1996 at the Pioneer Medical Center and is now seeing patients at Crazy Mountain Family Medicine.
​
He completed Medical School at George Washington University in Washington DC and he completed his Medical Residency at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley CO. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
​
Dr. Walker is an FAA certified to perform Flight Physicals and DOT Physicals in addition to regular clinic visits and concerns.
He enjoys spending time with his kids and grandkids and helping out with ranching activities and flying.
